I recently brought my nearly new 2024 Hummer EV Omega Edition (matte blue) to Heights for a combination of paint protection film and ceramic coating. After seeing their ad on Instagram, I reached out and spoke with Josh, who was incredibly helpful. He walked me through several options and helped me find the perfect solution that fit my budget. I went with full matte PPF on the front end combined with ceramic coating on the rest of the vehicle. The work looks fantastic, and Josh’s attention to detail really shows. Even better was their customer service. Like with previous PPF jobs I’ve had, I noticed some lifting on a couple of edges. I sent Josh some photos, and without hesitation he offered to personally pick up the truck from my house, fix it at the shop, and return it, all at no extra charge. If you are looking for Interior/Exterior detailing on your car, I would recommend running ( i mean driving but you get the point lol) to these guys NOW! I was initially brought to Heights Detailing because of an Instagram deal on ceramic coating. I reached out and received a response very promptly.  Josh reached out and set up a time for us to discuss what I wanted and what they had to offer. During the call, he explained what they offer, what's covered in the deal, and the other options VERY thoroughly. At no point did I feel like I was being sold something.  I moved up from the Instagram deal to their 5-year Ceramic after the conversation. If you're like me, you do research before choosing who you spend your money with.  Heights Detailing offers some of the best pricing around.  Additionally, they provided transportation to and from their location, so I didn't need to use a ride service.  This was a small touch that went a long way in my book. Now, to the actual work they performed.  When the garage opened up, I was in awe.  The vehicle looked outstanding.  From the rims to the ceramic coating, the car was immaculate. They had some really nice lighting in the garage, so no blemishes could hide, but there simply were not any I could see.  The vehicle looks and feels amazing!!  Now, being fair, I haven't seen the ceramic "do its magic" yet and will update here if it is not up to par, but I don't believe this will be the case. I will definitely be using Heights Detailing for all my future interior/exterior vehicle needs, and I couldn't recommend them more. AMAZING. It is quickly obvious why Josh and Grayden have all 5 star reviews after the service. My eyes popped out of my head when I saw the results! But here is what you can't see: - Josh was both professional and personable on our very 1st call - I was provided all options for service but there was no push at any point - Josh was equally informative and kind when I dropped Betty (White) off - Upon pick up, all my questions for follow up and after care were answered -They stayed in great contact throughout the process and did everything they promised ON TIME AAA+++ experience - I know where I'll be going back for all my detailing.
